Monday May 11th at 9:00 AM to All Good Morning, I hope this email finds all of our students and families well. I am reaching out to communicate some changes in our continuity of education plan. We will now be implementing planned instruction for grades K4-12. We want to be realistic with our expectations for our students, and have worked hard to balance keeping our students challenged while not stressing them and their families out at the same time. Starting today the following will be the expectations for our students: K4-8th Grade Students are asked to complete their assignments in all classes, but are only asked to call in their summaries for their math and language arts classes at the end of each 2 week cycle. . If you are in grades 5 or 8 you will also need to call in a summary for your science class. High School Students are asked to complete their assignments in all classes, but are only asked to call in their summaries for their math and language arts classes at the end of each 2 week cycle. If you have a biology class you will also need to call in a summary for that class as well. A reminder to all parents and guardians. Your student should not be working more than 3 hours a day on school work during this pandemic. If you have questions or concerns regarding our plan or anything else, please reach out to your teachers and or school principals. Thank you and stay well! -- Matthew W.
