Monday July 13th - Global on Video and Survey

Good Morning!

I hope this message finds you all well. Our Union City Area School District’s administration team has emailed all of our families a link to a video that helps outline what the return to school this fall will look like. In the video you will actually see how classrooms and the cafeteria will be set up, how busses will be loaded, as well as an abundance of important information. 

This video was emailed on Friday, July 10th. If you did not receive the email, please notify your student’s school’s main office so we can update your email address we have on file. This video can also be found on our website www.ucasd.org. 

We will need every parent/guardian to complete an important survey for each one of your students by this Friday, July 17th. The survey and email went out this morning at 9:00 AM. Again, if you did not receive that, please contact your student’s school as soon as possible with updated information. If you are unable or have difficulty completing the survey, please call into your student’s school and they can take the information by phone. 

The survey only takes a couple minutes, but is very important. You will be selecting your student’s mode of education in 2020-2021, communicating your student’s transportation needs, as well as being able to ask any follow up questions from the video. 

A letter that highlights some of the procedures and changes has also been mailed to all households. That letter went out in the mail on Friday, July 10th.
