Good Evening, 7PM Tuesday Eve. This communication is for all of our Seniors and families. I wanted to just take a couple minutes to review procedures for tomorrow’s group walks. We want this to be a positive experience for all, and we want it to be well organized to ensure we value everyone’s time. Our goal is to have every group checked in and leaving campus in a 25 minute window. This will allow us to keep on schedule and follow CDC guidelines for social distancing and keeping under the 25 person at a gathering limit. Graduates and their guests will need to stay in their vehicle until Officer Schick holds up a whiteboard with the time they have signed up for. Please report to the Gymnasium's main entrance 5 minutes before your designated time. A reminder that your time was emailed to you by Mr. Keefer All graduates and their guests should wear a mask as they exit their vehicles and report to the entrance. Once the group has checked in you will be escorted into the vestibule. Mr. Keefer will put the graduates in the correct order in line and show the parents where they can be seated. Parents of the graduates will have the opportunity to come up front for pictures as their graduate walks. Graduates have the option of giving a 15 second message to their classmates after crossing the stage. After graduates have received their COVID diploma and flower they will greet their parents and Officer Parker will escort them out the opposite door of the gymnasium. Unfortunately we can not shake hands, hug, or even pass things out. The diploma and flowers will be on tables to be picked up. We will have a photo area set up outside where one of our employees (wearing gloves and masks) will be available to take your family picture with your camera or phone. Officer Parker will then escort the family back to their vehicles to depart campus and make room for our next arrivals. Again, we wish we could do a traditional graduation now, but we will just need to wait on that. The virtual graduation will be available at 7 on June 5th The traditional graduation will be planned as soon as the state allows us to do that. We can’t wait to see everyone tomorrow! -- Matthew W.
